1. All Sales Are Final

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled for any reason except where required by law.
  • We request all customers to review product descriptions, sizes, care instructions, and images carefully before making a purchase.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Please read the product details and your cart thoroughly before proceeding to payment.
  • In the rare event of an order cancellation from our side (such as unavailability of an item or payment issues), any payments made will be refunded via the original payment method within a reasonable period.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a product that is clearly defective, damaged during transit, or there is a serious discrepancy between your order and the product received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To assist in resolving your concern, provide clear photographs of the product and packaging, along with your order details.
  • Our team will review the case and, at our sole discretion, offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or resolution as legally required. Our decisions in this regard will be final and binding.

4. No Cash On Delivery (COD)

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be prepaid.

5. Hygiene and Authenticity

  • Our sarees and apparel are checked thoroughly before dispatch and are carefully packaged to ensure product authenticity.
  • To maintain safety, hygiene, and exclusivity, no product (including sarees, dresses, or accessories) is accepted back once shipped and delivered.
